Who we are
DDS Plumbing & Heating (D.D. & Sons) is run by Dave Deevy in Drogheda, Co. Louth. For anything about your personal data, email [email protected] or call 083 400 0043.
What we collect
When you use a form on this website we receive the details you type in: your name, phone number, email address if you give it, the service you're asking about and your message. If you call, text, WhatsApp or email, we receive the details you send that way.
Why we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry, give you a quote and arrange and carry out the work you ask for. We don't use your details for marketing and we don't sell or share them with anyone for that purpose.
How form enquiries reach us
Website form enquiries are delivered to Dave by email through a form service called FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which passes your message on to our inbox.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and for any period the law requires (for example, for tax records).
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details above. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
